Creating Immersive Brand Experiences with Pinnacle Experiential Marketing

May 28, 2025

When Pinnacle Experiential Marketing approached us with their vision for immersive kiosks that required 100% Internet uptime, we knew it was a perfect match. Pinnacle’s concept was to create a unique, interactive experience that introduced passersby to Everand’s subscription service for audiobooks, podcasts, and blogs.

The idea to use cellular internet for these kiosks came from Mike Sotelo, Vice President of Technology at Pinnacle. He asked the Access Tech team to bring our technical expertise to the table in selecting the right devices and engineering a robust failover strategy. Leveraging direct partnerships with cellular providers AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon—and with the router company Peplink—Access Tech was able to deliver a highly reliable, always-on connectivity solution. By deploying three providers and dual SIM cards, we built in layered redundancy to ensure seamless connectivity—no interruptions, no buffering, just smooth engagement.

From vision to reality, we helped bring the project to life in just three weeks. The client needed technical help quickly and our expert team was able to deliver in an extremely tight timeframe. The kiosks didn’t just function—they captivated. People on the street explored Everand’s offerings in real time, turning curiosity into clicks and foot traffic into sign-ups.

This collaboration stands as a powerful example of how innovative thinking and technical execution can combine to elevate brand experiences in the real world. If you want to learn more about how we work with all kinds of teams like Pinnacle, schedule a free coffee on us!
