Recently, a transit client reached out to the Access Tech team with a critical request. They needed their IT team trained on reporting in their dispatch software.

Our client has used this software for years and still was not able to get this tool to report accurately. This is a big deal for transit agencies. Reporting directly affects their ability to secure funding. 

Our Solution:

  • Recorded the full training session for the client to keep forever and stored it in their personalized database.
