For us, we tap into our own internal system’s training hours to keep our team sharp on the tools we rely on every day. We uncovered 4 hours of education per month to use at our discretion for any type of ConnectWise coaching– the internal software we use. Recently, we worked with Yamhill County Transit and found they were behind on several of their education courses. While they did need to pay for it, we recorded all sessions, and they now have a growing library of easily accessible knowledge based articles and runbooks tailored to their unique needs.

For example, with the City of Wilsonville, we uncovered unlimited training hours with their bus tablets and scheduled multiple sessions for several of their employees. The result? Their team gained valuable skills without spending a dime on training, directly enhancing their efficiency.
