Our New Ticketing System

When you open a ticket with us, you will see an email in your inbox confirming your request is in our system.
You will get updates during the entire process, letting you know that we are actively working on your case. This is designed to give you peace of mind, reassuring you the issue is being handled.
Many of you do not know when we’ve completed a ticket, and for this reason, you will also be notified via email when we have resolved your problem. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know. We will reopen the ticket and work until your standards are met.
